Bee-lieving in Our Magic — Celebrating 20 Years 🐝

🍂 Fall is here and the hive is buzzing!

💛 A Message from Your PTA

🎉 Who We Celebrated in September

A special birthday shout-out to these wonderful members of our NBB hive who celebrated in September!

🐝💛 Recent Happenings

💛 Pastelitos con Abuelitos

Inspired by Encanto's beloved Abuela, we celebrated the grandparents who bring so much love and wisdom to our families! Grandparents shared breakfast with their students and enjoyed a special performance by our school choir. Thank you to Pinecrest Bakery and Dunkin' Donuts for helping make our PTA-sponsored morning extra sweet. Grandparents who joined the PTA that morning were also entered to win family goodie boxes and a $50 Sergio's Restaurant gift card—thank you, Sergio's!

🎨 Grandparent & Me Paint Night

The celebration continued with a special Paint Night with Ms. Karaboyas! Grandparents and grandkids created their own keepsake domino sets, specially designed by Ms. Karaboyas—a little piece of their time together to take home and treasure. Thank you to our wonderful volunteers who helped make the evening possible!

🍩 Donuts with Dad

What a morning! Our dads and father figures joined their students for breakfast, smiles, and some pretty amazing photo ops. With new safety measures in place, our school, PTA, volunteers, and families worked together to make the morning run beautifully. Thank you to Dunkin' Donuts for the special discount and Apocalypse BBQ for donating a $75 gift card for our new-member raffle!

🌯 Chipotle Night

Our hive showed up hungry for our first Chipotle Dine-Out Fundraiser! Thank you to everyone who grabbed dinner while giving back to NBB. Delicious food + supporting our school = a pretty great combination!

☕ A Little Love for Our Teachers & Students

Our monthly Teacher VIP Cart rolled through with coffee and a yummy fall treat, while our students got a surprise of their own—a PTA-sponsored cookie after lunch to put a little extra pep in their step! These monthly treats are available for community sponsorships and donations—a sweet way to help us keep the smiles coming.

⭐ Celebrating Our Imagineers

NBB celebrated its Imagineers of the Month for demonstrating the Core Value of Respect! PTA was happy to add a little magic to their special ceremony with decorations, a celebratory treat, and keepsake Core Values pins for our honorees. Congratulations, Imagineers! 💛

🎹 Making Music at NBB

Our Buzzing Bees are ready to make some music! 🎶 PTA provided Ms. Castellanos' music class with rechargeable batteries, chargers, and storage for 14 keyboards, helping keep those keys powered up and ready for students to learn, practice, and create. 💛🐝

🌎 Supporting Hispanic Heritage Month

Our PTA was happy to support our wonderful Spanish teachers by providing the wooden dowels needed to create the beautiful Hispanic Heritage displays throughout our school!
